Awarded by the Manchester Historic Association for the refurbishing of 834 Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. 

2005 Best Outdoor Improvement; Commercial Property Category
Awarded by INTOWN Manchester for the improvement of Dean Avenue, the only remaining pedestrian street from Manchester’s Amoskeag Mill Era.  L. Newman Associates / Paul Mansback, Inc. provided and installed new historically correct lanterns and new hardscape.
